Which voice-over accent do you provide with the video?

We provide an American voiceover accent, a British UK accent, and an Australian voice accent.

Do you provide scriptwriting?

Yes, we provide scriptwriting with all our packages. Generally, 75 script words are equal to a 30-sec video animation. 150 script words are equivalent to 60-sec video animation and 225 to 90-sec animation.

Are the videos optimized for social media?

Yes, the videos can be resized based on your needs. The available sizes are 1080×1080 (1:1), 1080×1350 (4:5), and 1920×1080 (16:9).

What if I need a video of more than 90 seconds?

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes! We offer express delivery of 5 days on all our packages at an additional cost of $100.

What's your Video Production Process?

After deeply discussing your project through our private WhatsApp Chat, Call, or email, we’ll send you a proposal containing the detailed requirements.
If you accept the proposal, we’ll ask you to make an initial 50% deposit for your project, or you can also choose to pay 100% upfront fees; via the Stripe Payment link or by Wire Transfer.
After the 50% deposit or the whole payment, we’ll start writing the script, which will be sent to you for approval.
After approval, we’ll continue with the storyboard, which is the visual representation of the story or the concept behind the explainer animation.
If you approve the storyboard, our voiceover team will start recording the script according to your requirement (Male or Female and accent).
The next step will be the character illustration or character drawing.
After illustrating the characters, our animation team will start making the final animation.
When the first version of your video is ready, we’ll send it to you via WeTransfer or Dropbox link for approval, and we will make any visual revisions you request until you are satisfied.
When you approve the final video (revised version), we’ll ask you to make the last 50% payment if you make an earlier deposit of 50%.

Our logo delivery will include Jpeg or png format files, Vector Files (AI, EPS, PDF), CMYK, and RGB.

Can I add new information later in the process?

Changing critical sections of the project after we’ve developed a few drawings is not an enjoyable option because it will cancel all previous ones.
