4. Intellectual Property:

Upon completion of the project and full payment, ShortReveal assigns all rights, titles, and interests in the final deliverables to the client. Until full payment is received, ShortReveal retains ownership of all drafts, designs, and assets created during the project.

5. Payment Terms:

The client agrees to pay ShortReval the agreed-upon fees according to the payment schedule outlined in the proposal or contract. Payments can be made via the accepted methods specified by ShortReveal during the project discussion. Delays in payments may result in a delay in project completion.

6. Refund Policy:

Before we start working on your project, you can request a full refund. Any refund request after project delivery or upon working on your project will not be accepted.

7. Revision Policy:

We strive for client satisfaction and offer unlimited revisions, as defined in the proposal or contract. Additional revisions beyond the final delivery may be subject to additional charges.

8. Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to keep any sensitive information shared during the project confidential and not disclose it to third parties without explicit consent.

9. Termination of Services:

Either party may terminate the project for any reason by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will be billed for the work completed up to that point, and any remaining deliverables will be provided.

10. Force Majeure:

We will not be held liable for any delays or failure in performing our obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to acts of nature, war, terrorism, labor strikes, or technical failures.

11. Limitation of Liability:

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services.

12. Governing Law:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and interpreted per the laws of the United States/California.

13. Changes to the Terms:

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the client must review them periodically.
